Analysis and Design of a Plan

 

There are many kinds of retirement plans. Choosing the one that works best for you requires consideration of many important issues. Based on your needs, we will conduct a feasibility study and cost/benefit analysis to determine how to proceed and estimate available plan benefits and deduction limits.


Types of Plans

 

Once we've determined that a pension or profit sharing plan is appropriate and feasible for your company, we'll help you choose from the following types: Defined Benefit, Profit Sharing, 401(k), Money Purchase, or Employee Stock Ownership Plan.


Installation and Operation of the Plan

 

We then design and draft all plan documents and participant disclosures for your review and signature.
